Along with a painkiller which you are already taking, you will require Antibiotics as well. You may have to get the tooth removed in case of unfavourable position of the wisdom tooth.

Hloo mam You can go for removal of the impacted tooth . Kindly start the antibiotics I.e cap. Moxikind cv 375 mg thrice a day after meals for three days to relieve infection. T. Signoflam twice a day for 3 days to relieve pain. Kindly practo consult for detailed treatment plan and discussion via phone call. And visit a nearby dentist asap. Regards.

It's always better to go for removal of the tooth.. since it's not advised to keep on taking medicines for temporary relief.. removal of the tooth is the best option..since it is impacted.. Thankyou
