Hello practo user. Accumulation of food debris and inadequate oral hygiene leads to infection and pain. You should get an OrthoPantomoGraph (OPG- X-ray) done and visit a local dentist. Meanwhile you should start following things. Warm saline rinses- 3-5 times daily for 15 days. Rx Chlorhexidine mouthwash- 1:1 concentration (1 part medicine mixed with 1 part water) 1 -1-1 daily for 15 days. T. O2 (combination of ofloxacin and ornidazole) - 1-0-1 for 5 days T. Zerodol SP - S.O.S (painkiller- as and when required)
Next Steps
Get an OrthoPantomoGraph (OPG) and visit local dentist.
Health Tips
