Wisdom tooth pain
My wisdom tooth is growing and I'm experiencing a lot of pain which has caused pain in my ear and swelling in my right jaw. Any quick remedie to numb the pain until I consult a dentist? Currently out of town and cannot see a dentist for the next 2 days.

Having pain during eruption (growing) of wisdom tooth is usually normal. But as u are experiencing high pain, you can have Ketorol DT ( 2 times/day) for pain relief, apply Metrohex gel in that area ( pea size amount in that localised area and rinse it after half an hour) and do rinses with lukewarm water with a pinch of salt in it.

Hi...you should not take any medications without getting checked. You can visit any nearby dentist and better to get the wisdom tooth removed after the swelling and pain subsides. Do warm salt water gargles twice or thrice daily.
