I am having a pain in my wisdom teeth.The gums are paining since 2-3 days.I am not able to eat properly.Its paining when i eat.

Its pericoronitis.Kindly get OPG x ray done to check the position of the tooth and how much is the root formation.If its not in proper position it has to be extracted.If position is ok then u just need to take pain killer and do warm saline rinses.
