Its a pericoronitis(inflammation of gums) covering wisdom tooth...show an oral surgeon...must start on antibiotics & antiinflammatory tabs..

I think, It might be an inflammatory condition of gums over the wisdom tooth called as pericoronitis. U should visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for its needful treatment which can be removal, operculectomy or any conservative approach depending upon the case.
