As per this x-ray, extraction of the wisdom tooth is required and the adjacent tooth require root canal treatment. If you want to delay the surgery kindly take the antibiotic coverage and painkiller but the extraction is required and should be done to get complete relief from pain.

If haven't had any medicine yet, Go for antibiotic coverage to delay extraction of the last tooth. Get rct done in 2nd last tooth. Nothing trouble some. So you can get rc done asap.

Dear practo user You can proceed with removal of tooth, because your exam is still one month ahead, and healing will take place in less than a week, provided no complications occur
