As the x ray suggests that caries in lower second molar is because of the impacted molar..so get the last molar extracted followed by rct and cap of second molar

Ur wisdom tooth is creating bone loss around the previous tooth,  and it needs treatment,  but I suggest removal of wisdom tooth as it will create more problem for adjacent teeth in future.

Good Morning. If your wisdom tooth is healthy and perfect without any complications, then removal is not advised. In case, other tooth is defective,  appropriate treatment must be done of the defective tooth/ teeth.

Hello! Proper diagnosis is very necessary. Treatment should be done in the tooth which is affected. If the wisdom tooth is not affected and it is indeed the adjacent tooth with decay, then please go ahead with treating that 1st. Always ask the dentist for a proper specific diagnosis before starting treatment.
Next Steps
Ask the dentist clearly about which tooth is causing the issue. Wish you a smooth treatment, Best Regards.
