There is no connection of wisdom tooth with eye . Even in worst condition like traumatic extraction there will be swelling in particular area but not pain in a eye
Next Steps
If your pain continuous consult with the nearby Ophthalmologists

There is no connection of eye with tooth. Extraction itself don't cause any trauma if that tooth was extracted easily without any minor surgical procedure. Even if the tooth were extracted with minor bone cutting eye pain is very unusual. You can show to your dentist who previously extracted the tooth. After checkup if he don't have explaination for your eye pain then you need to go to an ophthalmologist.
