Hello. Firstly, your wisdom molar will have to be checked clinically and it’s position by X-rays. Generally due to lack of space, it may not erupt completely or properly and gives rise to pain. In that situation, it has to be removed.
Do not worry about the white patch, it would be just linea alba formed by friction of the mucosa against the teeth.
Hello sir, we need to examine whether the pain is occurring because of wisdom teeth... If the wisdom teeth is in trouble, we need extract the wisdom teeth.. For the white patches, gels can be prescribed don't have to worry about it... Don't delay do the treatment..
It could be due to a lot of reasons , chiefly since your 26 years old , could be due to an impacted (not completely erupted) 3rd molar. Please do get it checked it soon , also if its a different angle of eruption could be affecting the adjacent molar. White patch needs to be checked too , but dont worry , stress isnt going to help.
