Just clean area with toothbrush properly and use hexidine mouthwash to prevent further bacterial growth. If pain is severe you can take paracetamol 500/650 with the consent of your gynaecologist.
Next Steps
Use mouthwash and proper brushing in that area
Health Tips
Dont take any other painkiller without telling your gynaecologist.
As you have baby try to avoid medicine as much you can, this pain will subside within a week, rinse properly after every meal , starts gargle with slight hot water with some salt in it.
Even after doing this you will not get relief then u need medication.
Medicines are not going to cure the pain due to dental infections, and more importantly in your case, many of the medications whether antibiotics or painkillers will be restricted in their use.
The only treatment that provides permanent relief from your symptoms is the extraction of the offending tooth and that can be safely performed in your case.
Please consult an oral surgeon regarding the same and get the treatment done as soon as possible.
