Hello there patient,
There is little growth of gums around your wisdom tooth which is swollen due to continue irritation of wisdom tooth.
Wisdom tooth is having dental caries which are grown enough to cause the problem.
You need to go for an xray of the area and depending on the xray findings you may have to get that tooth extracted or if you want to save the teeth you need to go for wisdom tooth root canal.
Both procedure will be painless.
You must visit nearby dentist asap and start with medicine and then go for treatment.
