If your wisdom tooth hasn’t erupted completely then there may be either it is covered by the gums or Impacted. If it is Impacted it cannot grow past this age. If it is a gum inflammation then you can get rid of it. Therefore better consult a dentist and do not self medicate.

Hi,do warm salt rinses 4-times daily ,avoid brushing and chewing from affected side. You may take paracetamol 650 mg thrice daily if the pain doesn't subside. Also you can take antibiotics like Augmentin 625 mg but with consent of your gynaecologist.A soft diet fir few days shall help in reducing the pain to a great extent.

The second trimester is the best period for undergoing any dental treatment. Best to consult any dentist now and get an opinion regarding your wisdom tooth- whether we should wait and watch or go for extraction.
