My wife is 17 week pregnent.. Doctor had given Single dose 4 mg of Dexamethasone for mild breathing issue...and cold some people are saying it will affect  growth will it affect baby inside fetus? if mother took 4 mg of injuction how much it will go to baby and how it will affect growth?
