Looks like a fungal infection called candidiasis. Generally happens with poor hygiene, low immunity raised blood sugar etc.  Very important to get it treated as it may lead to preterm labour or breaking of water bag  before 9 months are completed . But that said it is manageable by a simple medicine . Kindly see your doctor again for treatment .
