You need to consult doctor and u need to get tested .
For typhoid 4 fold rise of titre is important and widal is less sensitive ,
So I would suggest visit doctor nearby to ur place he or she will help u better.

Typhoid tests can come false positive also if it done during viral or early stages . Should know since when you have fever and what other symptoms and details to advice further.
