My baby having cold n fever since yesterday.. Doctor has prescribed mental p onceband wicoryl 3 times also fexagon twice.. I am having wicoryl DS.. Can i give that instead of wicoryl and what dose? Also can i give mental p twice.. As she is getting fever between 2 doses also

Wikoryl DS contains double the strength of paracetamol for fever. Dose has to be adjusted as per weight. So please don't change the medicine. Follow whatever the doctor has given. Meftal P can be given maximum 3 times in 24 hours. Consult again if fever is coming in between
