Why my scrotam sac is loose
I am feeling my scrotam skin loose from two days before it was tight what to do please suggest . Before the skin become loose and tight automatically but from 2 days I am facing this problem .

Depending on how the weather is scrotum keeps becoming tight or loose to maintain adequate temperatures for spermatogenesis, however it will require physical examination to rule out completely
