I did alot of treatment, applied expensive cream, mesodeep painful injectioc treatment, I rarely show my face to sun and all oral medicine but still my pigmentation did not go away. It was on top of the cheeks in the starting days and later when the treatment was going on I saw them at my temple area. Mecine did no good it got worse. Since few days I can see that it's covering my cheeks. I don't know why it's spreading. What is the permanent solution? Atleast it should not increase.

There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat. Please call me or send photos with detailed history using online consult option for examination and proper treatment.,

Reaching to a diagnosis is very important before we start treating any of the individual, but basic thing that would help in controlling the symptoms are regular usage of sunscreen and having antioxidants
Certain treatment that would help in refilling Pigmetation are chemical peels, q switched Nd YAG lasers, , fractional non ablative lasers , or IPL ! Do consult a dermatologist nearby !
