Why didn't do surgery
She is an handicaped, she got major thigh fracture by accident which leg is handicaped, all tests are normal but tsh level is high (15), so doctors taking time to surgery is correct? Her 17yrs old she got a handicaped surgery, 2018 June thyroid gland surgery, 2018 dec she got knee surgery, 2019 july hand wrist fracture by accident it's minor, again now 2weeks back an accident so, the patient body is perfect to do surgery? Any complications is there,?, her resistance is also low? Any another way to do set the fracture

According to your history tsh is very high to proceed with surgery now, as thigh bone is weight bearing other than surgery it will not unite and can lead to malunion or non-union as said it is a major fracture in thigh can wait till TSH comes down as your orthopaedician will apply temporary pin traction so that fracture will not distrub and pain will decrease

TSH is high- hypothyroid is com corrected adequately- it can lead to complication cardiac during surgery or post op. Follow advice from your doctor. Once it is corrected - and she is fit - discuss with your surgeon. Share the X-rays
