As u have mentioned that we are aware that we are goin to die one day and hence as there shouldn’t be any regret so people enjoy their life to it’s fullest as everyone of us are aware that we have got 1 life and being happy and letting things go will help them be more positive and help them to reach the fulfilment in a positive way before leaving this world
