Why burning sensation in feet?

I am female gold medallist in badminton in the age group of 20-25 at state level. So my daily routine includes lot of exercise and practice. My legs have recently been seen showing redness and am also getting burning sensations which had never happened before. What are the reasons of this burning sensations in legs?
