Spironolactone is not available as Topical solution but as pills
Most good companies (cannot mention here) have solutions with exact same effectivity
Foams are less irritant
Also if you have extreme hairfall, Hormonal cause has to be ruled out
Minoxidil stand alone would not work
Finasteride, Spironolactone, OCPs are needed as an add on
Also anemia and hypothyroidism has to be ruled out
