Whom should I consult regarding breast

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Shld I consult a gyn or dermatologist or oncologist? Please suggest I have a lump in one breast around 1cm in Dia. And i noticed it only in the past two months and had a blood discharge of 2drops today. Please guide accordingly.
