Need consult from an OB/GYN
I am pregnant in my 36th week. I am 37 years old and this is my first pregnancy. My Ob/Gyn told me I have a genetic condition of blood clotting which is preventing my baby to get enough nutrition through my placenta. The baby is considered tiny 2.25 Kg. And i even lost 2 kg. Last werk. So the doctor advised me to take innohep 450 injections daily for this issue, even though I am planning to have a C-section.. and now I am scared I might go into surgery and this drug might cause too much bleeding.. I would really appreciate your consult.

You can continue this injection ..monitor your clotting profile weekly and stop it after 36weeks atleast a week before surgery
