Low afi in 36th week
Attached are my reports.. doctor suggested l argenine 3 times a day and afi followup for 2 days.. what could be the reason for this.. in 32nd week scan it is 10.2
Started largenine from saturday aftrn on todays scan it is 6.1.. can we wait more for delivery?

Have you been examined after the ultrasound report to rule out any leaking?
There are many reasons for low AFI such as rupture of membranes.., problems with placenta, poor nutrition, and liquid intake.
