Whiteheads every month
These are severe whiteheads which occur consistently every month since January 2017. They appear suddenly starting from forehead to throughout face .. sometimes one or two on chest. These occur after 1 or 2 weeks later menstruation. They are very unpleasant to look at. I am on diet since last year September where in I have only excluded milk , sweets and rice . Other than that I eat everything avoiding alcohol and stopped smoking too. Been trying several facewashs and home remedies along with healthier diet. Saw a dermat too who prescribed Vitamin A only and use of benzanol peroxide.

Acne can be treated easily with facewash, tablets and creams. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Please don't do any self treatment such as over the counter Steroid creams. Don't burst the pimples with your fingers as it can result in ugly scars. The marks left behind after the pimples heal can also be treated. Please send your photos through online consult option for detailed prescription and diet advice. I would not prefer benzoyl peroxide for whiteheads.
