Whitish tongue can be because of multivitamins deficiency or because of your improper tongue cleaning. If you dont clean your tongue then start using tongue cleaner twice a day ...do proper cleaning of your tongue and one more thing first check your vitamin b and c levels ...if they are not up to the mark ...it can result into white tongue. If you are fit it doesn't mean that you are not having any vitamins deficiency.
