White sspot on my neck

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Please suggest , what should be done to cure it. There is no itching in it. I went to Israel for 2 months. There my university was in the mountains and I used to go to the beach daily and hardly applied the sunscream to protect my skin. In my guess it's because of that tempreature difference. However I am not doctor, so please suggest what to do to cure it . Thanks!
