White spots on skin

Asked for Female, 48 Years

My mother is 48 years old... And since few days I am spotting some white colour spots on her skin (elbow, back, legs). Not able to understand what is it. Need instant solution. I feel it's spreading. But it's just in tiny dots form. What does this mean? Please help.. Thanks
