White spots on my face

Asked for Male, 24 Years

White spots on my face skin... it looks more effectively when i go out under sun(the spots become bright)... bt at night the spots arent that much visible...i think sunlight is the reason for the spots... please help me...i hv already consulted with many dctrs, bt no results...
