White spots on ma face

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have one white spot on my face. It is in small round type spot that white spot skin is very dry kind of seems. I dont know what happen but i really worried about this. Kindly tell me any sugesstion regarding this. I so some doctors before they said that its vitamins deficiency n iron deficiency etc.. Then they gave medicines n it gone for a short period and again it came back
