White Spots on face

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have white spots on my face.The skin is extremly dry and scaly on those white patches and gives a little buring sensation when some cream like glycerine based cream or even coconut oil is applied regularly to it.But regular moisturising is also not helping.This has been happening since my childhood.The white spots come and fade away on their own after a long while but now I am a grown up 24 years old girl so it often gives me embarrasement to go with this face in public.
