White spots on face

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I get white spots on face. They come out prominently occasionally. They sometimes go off and then again come back. Once i was prescribed the ointment DIPGENTA. But the spots didnt go permanently. Is it because of any stomach problem? What should i do?
