White spots like whiteheads since
Since the past 4-5 months I have started getting white spots near my chin area and one under my right eye. When it started I thought they were white heads but with time, they have not gone, like a white head would. I notice a new one emerges usually before I get my period (which are regular). I have 2 prominent ones and several smaller ones. I have normal to dry skin and have never had any problems with my skin before.
What are they and what would be the treatment for this?

The lesion under the lower eyelid looks like It's Milia. An image with a higher resolution would help clinch the diagnosis.
Next Steps
The lesions are benign and may be left alone.
Needling of the lesion, by the dermatologist, is the treatment of choice.
