White spot near upper lip
My son aged 12 developing white spot near upper lip. Visited nearby dermatologist. He viewed with a normal torch and said it's pityriasis alba and prescribed tacrolimus and eumosone to be applied for 30 days one over the other. Applied just twice and could the spot more visible than before. Should we continue the creams?

See there are so many reasons for a white spot.it can be p.alba, Pre-vitiligo, chemical leukoderma, Hansen disease and many more to the list. Diagnosis and treatment is different for different diseases.its better to consult a dermatologist to have a proper diagnosis and to better understand ur disease course
