The gum over wisdom getting necrotized due to continues contact from the opposite tooth. Do warm salt water gargling . If any pain visit a dentist for further treatment

Its called operculum. If there is food lodgement in that area you can go in for operculectomy provided tooth is in proper position and there is no impaction. If tooth is impacted then get it extracted. Keep area clean by warm saline gargle.
