Hello, It's due to cheek biting, because of the positioning of the wisdom tooth and the cavity in the wisdom tooth.

The pic shared shows peri coronal flap covering partially erupted wisdom tooth . It is pigmented due to frictional keratosis ,which is simply repeated rubbing /trauma from the upper teeth . Nothing to worry ,if gets infected as food can trap under it ,then wisdom tooth can be removed.

That may be periocorinitis. It's infection and swelling associated with last molar . Sometimes it's painless and sometimes it's associated with pain and swelling . A clinical examination is required to further find out . Visit a dentist .
