White scar skin after burn

Hello Doctor, One month ago, my sister have spilled hot tea on her left thigh and immediately the skin peeled out. She Started running water on the affected area and immediately visited the doctor. Now its cured completely but leave the white scar behind it. Please suggest in getting back the original skin tone in the affected area. Thanks in advance
