I have been observing three white patches on my tongue for 2-3 months now. I am only 20 years old and I have never smoked or taken any form of tobacco or alcohol. It is not painful but burns when I consume spicy food. I searched it on Google and it suggests multiple possibilities including leukoplakia which is linked to cancer. I'm really stressed and can't stop thinking about the worst. Kindly suggest the actual cause. I have started taking B-Colex and orafast(multi-vitamins) 2 days back and also brushing and cleaning my tongue twice a day.
