White patches in legs han

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Off late i have noticed tiny white patches in my legs , which is increasing and now it is on my left hand also , i simply don't understand why it is happening and what it is called , where can i get the best treatment and get cured completely . It is very scary for me . Please help and give me good advice where to get complete and best treatment ?
