White patch on right leg

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I've been diagnosed with vitiligo four months ago. I consulted a dermatologist and she prescribed me some creams and ointments. Within two and half months complete repigmentation was achieved. However recently few scratches appeared on my leg and after a few days they turned white. I'm a bit worried. Please help.
