White patch on penis gland..

Asked for Male, 27 Years

From last 6 month i am having a white patch on my penis gland, that time i got a wound on my penis while eating a hard medince my penis gland color change after a skin pull out from there afterward a whit patch appear on my penis gland.. Please suggest me any cream cream to remove that white patch from my penis gland forehead.. I have attached my photo of my penis.. Please provide me any cream or medicine.
