Hi,
i got my upper wisdom tooth removed on monday evening.
there is no pain at the place of removal but a white patch has started forming on the area below the tooth.
this patch formed in very painful

If it is a greyish slough at the site of removal it is normal during healing process. Do not try to remove it. However if there is very severe pain you may need to get it checked from your dentist to rule out a dry socket.
