White itchy dots on the skin

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have developed a circular area on my leg with a lot of small white dots. It is itchy and have been there for more than 2 months now. I took a course of flucanozole and tried to apply a cream for sometime but it didn't help. What can i do?
