White heads in face
I've been having white heads from 3weeks. every morning am waking up with new white heads on my face. Its increasing day by day. If its pops out while washing its releasing pus and some amount of blood. I was stopped all skincare products right now. am just using ACNREX soap only. What I have to do now to get rid of this. It is very embarrassing to go out like this. please advise.

Greetings; the following measures would help: 1. use an antifungal based shampoo twice a week 2. use a salicylic acid based face wash 3. use bpo based gel cream at night for face 4. see a qualfied dermatologist near you 5. If creams dont help enough - chemical peel is another good option Warm regards - Dr Govind Suresh Mittal, Bengaluru.
