Dear doctor, I am 31 years old male, from past couple of months I have started growing white hairs on my head. I have approximately 20 - 30 white hairs in total. As this problem has just started, can it be reversed by nutrition (+ exercise), if yes, then please suggest what to add in my diet. Thank You
