White hair issue
On young itself i am getting many white hairs on head as well as on beard. Please suggest how this can be prevent in future and how to turn white hair to black naturally.

Premature greying of hair is a genetic cause. Look for any history of premature greying in close family members. The treatment of this is quite challenging and the results are not too great.
