White drop comes out
I am 44 year old female. My problem is when my urine ends a white drops comes out...though i dont have pain or burning sensation while urinating. Sometimes i feel heaviness and discomfort in my lower abdomen, seems something swollen inside. Sometomes i do have lower back pain. I also have itching in my private areas like vulva, vagina. I have this problem for past 1 year. Few month back i had done routine urine test and it was completely normal.
My worry is white drop comes out and itching. What could be the reason of it. Is this fungal infection, if yes, what is best treatment.
