White dots on handsattached to skin

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Having white dots in hands in clusters.. its not pimple.. sometimes it will be more some times less. now i had 5 spots, in that one is completely invisible, other one is getting lighter day by day. had fungal infection in pubic region & its cured with an ointment as prescribed by doctor. Am worried about this issue. please advise.
