As per photos and your age it appears like cyst of zeis. Occurs due to blockage of your small eyelid glands. It usually require drainage by a very minor procedure. You may visit any dermatologist with experience in dermatosurgery or ophthalmologist.
Health Tips
Sometime warm compresses also helps.
